Rick's Cafe

I'm recovering from colon cancer and got ill before I could even eat so I'm not sure how their food is. I thought their service was good until I got sick and had to use their restroom. Someone came in and washed their hands and turned off the lights & exhaust fan. (no a/c either). I finally called the restaurant from my cell & ask in a whisper if they could turn the lights back on. They loudly announced all over about someone calling from the restroom, so embarrassing! Then proceeded to yell at me about smoking in the restroom! I told them I wasn't, had not smoked (did I mention I had cancer!) that I was just sick and wanted the lights back on. Every 1-2 mins they came in yelled at me about smoking, sprayed air freshener, then finally told me I needed to leave!

So to whomever sneaked a cig, I hope You enjoyed it.

Would I recommend Rick's? No way in hell! They may have the best food in the world but their staff are unprofessional, hateful, and rude!

Their Omelets are so yummy. I prefer the Veggie Omelet with Hash Browns.

Yummmmmmy Yummmmy. And Fridays Fish is pretty darn good too, and I dont even like fish!

wow cant believe how clean that little place is,everytime we go to eat at ricks we know that thew food will be great.

I started going to Ricks Cafe Aug, 2007, no where can you get a breakfast for a total of $4.04 this includes tax; but NOT the tip. You get 2-eggs, choice of potatos or grits (yummy), choice of bacon or sausage and toast and coffee. "$4.04" where on earth can you get all this for about $5.00 if you include the TIP. The owner is a very nice lady named April and she has the best waitresses in Z-Hills. I would suggest to everyone to try this place, it like gramma's cooking, very nice and clean place.
