        Overall

        I love this salon, I have looked for 10 years to find someone who can cut my hair the way I like it. She does a perfect job, quick and she is a lot cheaper than the expensive places in Yakima. Thanks

        Her work was fair, she herself should fix up a bit, her own appearance is her best/worst advertisement. didnt like that she left twice to visit a friend (boy) while i processed and then while i was under dryer. Very pleasant girl. On her cell phone texting too much though.

        This is my salon. I am sorry you had a bad visit. My cell phone is my business phone and I do text for appts. I am not sure what "boy" I left to see...but I do not leave my clients in my salon alone. I may have stepped out side to speak to someone,but never to just leave. And I am sorry my appearence wasn't up to par. Perhaps I was having a bad day.But please feel free to call and tell me yourself what I can do to please you. Thank you, Tommie @ Salon Bella
