Terrible doctor and tech staff. My dog was put through unnecessary pain and suffering during a procedure. I was told the procedure would take 1-2 hours... 9 hours later, after multiple attempts on my part for any sort of update on my dog, I was able to pick him up, bleeding and groggy from the anesthesia. Horrible communication... a nightmare from beginning to end.

Note the high staff turnover rate at this facility. I wish I would have paid more attention to that. There are better places out there... please do your pet a favor and go elsewhere.

This use to be a great place. Since Dr. Obenrader is gone, it is a place that will over charge for nearly every little thing. Ex. - it use to cost $5 to have toenails clipped, not it is $11. They charged me $23 to pull some hair out of my dogs ears. Crazy. I have two dogs, 11 and 14 years old and I have always taken them to this vet. I desperately want to find a alternative. I take my pets in for a yearly "well" visit. So when I have an additional issue - for example - a toe nail that my dog bit back to the nerve so it needed to be cut off...that should equate to a $95 total charge because it had been three months since my dog was there last. This is just one example, I could give a few more. Costs are out of control a this place and if it is like this at other vets I can understand why people can't afford proper care for their pets. There is no reason to charge for a well visit if my dog has been there within 12 months. Rediculous...and they will nickle and dime you on everything. This all started with a change in ownership. Very sad to see this place become such a money sucking pit. I haven't found a new vet yet because my dogs are so old and didn't want to have to make them get use to a new environment, but I don't think I can continue here too much longer. Way too expensive.
