The absolute WORST. Voice mail boxes are always full and they NEVER clear them; you can't ever leave a message for your caseworker. I've never even spoken to mine....I gave up and went there in person, waited 3 hours and saw someone else. Fax in a salary update? Prepare for them to LOSE it; meanwhile your SNAP benefits expire and your kids go hungry. LONG lines - this place is more depressing than Cold War Russia. At least the office in Kendall County that closed had people that CARED and tried to help. The Aurora office sucks.

Be prepared to be disappointed with so many things about this office. The lines are long and customer service is very bad. I had mailed an application for medical assistance because I didn't want to wait in line (they do have a drop box of which I was not aware of) Three weeks later I went to ask about it because I had heard or received nothing. Come to find out they had nothing in their system about me. The receptionist said that I would have to fill in a new application. Now I have to wait about another 2 weeks just to find out if they even received it. Calling the office on the phone is even worse. It is automated and when you enter the # to speak to an "attendee" you get a busy signal. I don't want to give this place any stars. All this waiting is making me miserable.
