24 hr emergency service it says??? 2 out of the 3 numbers are out of service and the 3rd rings and rings....guess I too will go elsewhere!!!!

This business was HORRIBLE to deal with.!!!!! I needed a three in one commode after a knee replacement surgery. My modem health care physical therapist ordered the equipment on Thursday from Llewellyn's and I did not hear from Mike at Llewellyn's until after several calls we made to find out the status of the equipment. He would not release my commode until he found out how much my insurance was going to reimburse him, ever though it was approved through my insurance AND I had no out of pocket expense!! I asked if it could be delivered on Monday (4 days after they were first contacted) and they told me it couldn't be done. I asked if someone could come get it. He refused that request too bc he wanted to know how much specifically the insurance company was going to reimburse him!!!! I ended up calling a different company (young's) and they were able to get me what I needed same day!!!! Mike from Llewellyn's called me back to tell me he found out how much he was getting and that he could have it out to me sometime tomorrow. I informed him that he was too late bc I went ahead and got it at Young's and it was already here. His exact words to me were "good...good for you!!!" In the most snide tone you could imagine. Then he hung up on me!!!!! Do not use this company!!!!, they are most unprofessional!!!! I wouldn't give them ANY stars whatsoever, but unfortunately, I HAVE to give one in order to leave a review.
