Red Lobster

Three total visits to this place since they remodeled & horrible service! Pea size shrimps, & skinny scampi. The last straw was on my Birthday! The waiter was in a snappy mood & basically she screwed herself out of tip! Waiters now a days look at you like they know the tip will suck. Im a very generous tipper.������������

My boyfriend and I visited your restaurant in Boynton Bch, Fla yesterday for the first time. I am sorry to say that we will NEVER go back there again!! We ordered the petite lobster and steak. It looked wonderful on the menu, however; when it came the lobster was very dried out---in fact the lobster was pathetic looking!! We could barely get it out of the shell---it was like trying to chew gummy bears, it was that rubbery!! I had ordered my steak medium well, and my boyfriend ordered his steak med rare. We also ordered the baked potato for each of us------his to be loaded with everything and mine butter/ sour cream. The steaks came---not the way we ordered them, no potato---the rice pilaf which, we did not order, was also disgusting. We ordered the Long Island tea and when it came out it was clear!!! We have no idea where the tea was!! The booze was very light in the tea. It was like drinking water.!! The ceaser salad and the rolls were very tasty. That was our dining experience at your restaurant. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.
