Construction L & M Mike Plants

Do yourself a favor and don’t bother calling to have them do any work. When I bought my house in 2010 I got a construction loan and had them shingle the roof and install 13 windows in my house. I have had to put plastic up over half of the windows that they installed because they clearly had no idea how to properly insulate before installing. Also now have to make an insurance claim because the plywood under the shingles is busted and has leaked plenty of water into the house. I’m no expert but I would think if the plywood looks to be old/worn when re shingeling the roof that some of it could have been replaced then. I’m just thankful I didn’t have them do any more work than what they did.
