Russel (2072) provided outstanding service. From his initial estimate, we knew we wanted to use him to complete the actual installation of the new water heater. He paid attention to detail and his exceptional level of experience showed in the end result. He was a pleasure to work with and both my husband and myself will call on him by name if we need other services from Root-Rooter in the future.

Very polite and helpful. Fixed a shower that was broken. Had to go to store to pick up parts. Worked hard as had to go through wall to get to water pipes.

Had a main sewer back up on 4/19/19 and sewage was coming up into my basement. I called other companies and they all had appointments days out. Even though it was pouring rain and the situation was dirty David had a good attitude and kept very professional until the drain was flowing.

Tyler (2092) came out to my house to replace a bathroom sink faucet. He was polite, friendly, professional, and obviously knew what he was doing. He went to the store and chose the faucet, meeting my expectations. My new faucet looks and works great! All this was done within 2-3 hrs of my call to the the office.
