Other things to consider are that implants are permanently in your mouth, where as dentures need to be taken out and clean on a daily basis. There is usually a very wide price gap between the implants and dentures. I personally prefer to use dentures at this point in my life. Right now I have a lot of my original teeth, and only need a partial venture to replace for molars that have been pulled from my mouth by the dentist. As I age, eyewear undoubtedly lose more teeth and it will become practical to have implants done.
