Service

Stay away from this company.
They've been at my house 4 times this year and never fixed the problems. The technicians are the worst.
All that for a bill more than $700.

Overall
Service

I have been a customer for 10 years. This year was the final time I will give them a chance. I have had to take off from work 4 times to fix heads that were broken. Each time the technician said, "you are right this wasnt fixed right, or the head is in the wrong place. " I paid my bill which was at least $700 already for the season and the owner himself implicated that I was trying to get service for free!!! I am a busy professional and have better things to do than take off work and over see their job. I was told I was present and even should know if a head is in the right place for coverage!!! Isnt that their job. ??!! When I called back again and said my lawn is dying because the same head is not covering the burnt lawn, I was told there would be a charge to come again (the 4-5th time ) to fix again. Sorry, they needed to get this head right the first time. Obviously , they do not care about their reputation and chose to loose a loyal customer like myself!!

ZERO Rating. Bad company. They do snow plowing for our subdivision and when they do they block my driveway with a pile of 2 feet compacted snow from the street. I would not recommend them to anybody and I do not know how did they end up getting the contract for the subdivision.

Michigan Automatic Sprinklers ...

Michigan Automatic Sprinklers deserves ZERO stars! I have never run in to a less professional business! We recently built a home and paid for irrigation through the builder. After our sprinklers were installed, we received a bill for $750. Michigan Automatic NEVER told us there would be additional charges. They did not present a quote OR get our approval on additional charges. They just sent a bill. We contacted our builder who promised to work with them directly. My guess is that they didn't get the answer they wanted, so now they've taken to harrassing us to pay! I've requested documentation of my approval of their quotation. Interestingly, they seem to get frustrated/angry when I ask for this proof of a simple agreement between a vendor and a customer! They've even hung up on me. They are rude and unprofessional. I would think twice before even calling them for a quote.

Terrible

I do not recommend this company. They sent someone to our house who couldn't figure out how to turn on our sprinklers. Because he couldn't, he came to the conclusion that the meter was installed backwards despite the fact the sprinklers worked fine the year before. The man then told me there would be no charge as he hadn't finished the job and would come later when the "meter issue" was resolved. Knowing that the meter couldn't possibly be installed backwards, I was able to turn them on with directions from a friend over the phone. The company then sent me a bill for $85 for the man coming out and "attempting" to turn on the sprinklers. They refused to acknowledge that the man had told me "no charge" (he even denied it when asked) and that the job WASN'T completed. Who charges someone $85 for doing NOTHING!? The person on the phone was rude and refused to consider my side of the story. Needless to say, I still have the bill for $85 sitting on my counter.
