Ragsdale Heating Air & Plumbing

We have been a loyal customer of Ragsdale, but we will for sure continue to do business with them. The staff at Ragsdale was totally amazing with helping me with my heater repair, and on the night the ice storm hit. I called the 24/7 line, and the receptionist was very sympathetic, nice, and quick with getting me a response from a great repair person, Gene. Gene returned my call within three minutes of my calling the 24/7 line and was able to give my neighbor some things to try to get my heater working. Thanks to Gene's listening ear and thoroughness, we were successful with getting my heater repaired. Not only was Gene compassionate, he was very competent and thorough about listening to the problem I was experiencing. I spoke to Brittany from the office on Monday and Tuesday to talk to Mr. Grant (the manager) about the wonderful service I received from Gene and the 24/7 receptionist. Brittany was very helpful and cordial as well. So many people I've contacted at Ragsdale, and everyone was eager to help me. Even Mr. Grant, the manager, was professional, kind and genuinely interested about the service his company provided. I truly appreciate their service, especially in such a difficult situation of temperatures getting down into the teens.

Ragsdale technician, Steven, is always polite, professional and efficient. He carefully explains what he is going to do and reviews again when finished. I have used Ragsdale since 2009 and would highly recommend the company to anyone who wants quality service.

Michael from Ragsdale was very nice and honest explained everything to me. Told me what my options were. Seemed to know instantly what was wrong. Had another company out before and they did not fix just said that there was a small leak and that was normal told them that i wanted it fixed they said that it would be ok. that was 2 months ago. Now i have a the problem again. will not let the other company back in my house will only use Ragsdale :)
