Great Service from Zachary Smith of Ragsdale Air and Heat. I have had their plumbing service as well - very helpful.

MIchael from Ragsdale was friendly and efficient. Gave us a discount for adding 2 pounds of R-410a because of a leak that the company which installed heat pump would not fix. Company a local firm in Rockmart.

Derek from Ragsdale Heating & Air and Plumbing was competent, professional and efficient. I knew he was experienced and knew what he was doing. He fixed the leak quickly, can't even tell he dug up the grass! I had another company give an estimate and the person who came out seemed rather inexperienced and gave ridiculous estimates for unnecessary work. Definitely will use Ragsdale for any future plumbing or heating and air problems!

I have been having my preventative maintenance on my HVAC done by Ragsdale since I built my house 14 years ago. PM is the answer to a long and healthy HVAC system and because of this we have never had a serious problem. The service technician, Mark has been here before and is very courteous as well as a master of his trade. Mark answered any questions and explained anything that was not normally done during the PM. From Chase who took my call and scheduled my appointment, to Mark who keeps us cool now and warm in the upcoming months, thank you for the 5 star customer service!!!

Maintenance appointment was made quickly and set to my convenience...Got a call to let me know the tech would be on the way shortly, and he was at my house within the time frame allotted for the appointment today...Michael was very professional, making sure to not get any dirt tracked in my house, and cleaned up taking used air filters with him...I've been using Ragsdale Heating & Air for a while now and they make sure to keep my units in top running condition...They explain in detail if I need to make any repairs making sure I fully understand what the problem is and how they fix it..As an existing customer they always have my information on hand to know what systems I have and give a very personal touch to their customer service...I highly recommend them...
