Very nice and clean, reasonable price

I have a little unit only 85 a month and it fits tons of stuff. really great no problems in door great during winter office has staff in it and people on site working cleaning and maintaince working all the time has little carts to take stuff from car to storage they have a bathroom and very secure gates high walls and you can store cars there. Ive never seen people sitting around no trash anywhere right next to fire department and 5 minutes from the Major Transit Station and sprinter in Escondido Good to Google map to see the location right next to freeway. The gate is a code entry that turns a alarm on and off to your unit at code in and then code out that alerts the front desk immediatly if your unit is being messed with . Nice place I like it. It was good for an emergency trip to get my belonings and all my stuff from christmas before I had to move to my new residence. .I would recommend it.

My highest compliments to the staff and the facility itself. This is my 2nd year renting a unit from them during the peak months of fire danger at my home location and I continue to be extremely pleased with the staff and the security of my belongings. Even if I wasn’t a disabled senior citizen, I’m positive the staff would go above and beyond in helping anyone with things they need. They’re always offering pricing specials too and work very hard to get you a unit location that best suits your needs. The hallways are well lit and always swept clean and their security system is excellent. It seems a very popular facility and there’s always a good reason for that.

The staff in the office r very helpful. Whether in the office or on the phone. They walk me thru everything it seems each month. I’ve been here 4 months. Plus they have the lowest rates around. The only drawback is the entrance. It’s a tight area. And no parking. But I’d gladly trade the parking at my other storage for the employees here!!
