Best place for storage. Lucas is very helpful and extremely kind. Excellent service. Will rent again
We just moved our office from San Marcos to Escondido and needed space to store our extra stuff. We found this facility, and not only they have good rate on their rental fees, their managers, Lucas, Maya and Daniel are super helpful. Lucas made sure that we had our (2) units we're renting are next to or really close to each other and he gave us a good deal on both units.
We are moving out of State and needed a storage unit. Found the best deal for the 5 months with SPS. They were very accommodating and helpful in the right storage for our needs. Having the managers on site is a big comfort. Would definitely recommend them.

We have rented twice with Security Public Storage. We have been able to find the right size unit at very reasonable prices both times. The office staff is very professional and accommodating. Answered all of our questions. Happily showed us different units to make sure we were satisfied.
I highly recommend this particular facility in regards to the on site managers. Lucas and Maya could not be more efficient and accommodating!
The regional management I have no use for. We had a leak in the ceiling of our unit the first month there. There was no choice but to relocate on short notice. (Lucas jumped in immediately and helped me move some things that would have been damaged )My co renter had to pay someone to move her furniture and endure the lost time in moving along with having to accept a smaller unit.
The attitude of the regional management was TOO BAD! You have to move and we're not compensating you for the cost of moving due to our roof leaking. Lucas and Maya ended up giving us an extension on a discount we were receiving as a token for the inconvenience.
If renting there be very aware of masonry walls and concrete ceilings and avoid those units. They have issues.
Once you're there the managers will take very good care you!
I had to find storage ASAP when I moved back in March and Security Public Storage did not disappoint! I had my storage unit within 30 minutes and I could move my things in right away! The pricing was WAY better than big box places. Yeah, no thanks! Anyhow, the service at Security Public is wonderful; they are super helpful and very nice people!
You can get insurance included in the price for your storage, or provide your own plus pretty decent security measures already in place on the property; I was sold. Two thumbs up!
