Yeah, they offer more alright! I took my 2001 GMC jimmy in and had them do a "minor tune up" which cost me MAJOR! Their idiot mechanic crossed the spark plug wires and dispite my continued returns and complaints that My vehicle wasn't running right they would check this and that, and send me on my way. I now have No vehicle! because of their incompetence, They burned out cylinder 2 to the point of needing a new engine! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BIG RED'S! the Owner won't even return my calls the coward! I intend on pursuing legal action. Save your self the head aches and despair!
