I've lived in this complex for 24 years. I've been a part of
the tenant society long enough to say, living here, in peace is likely if you get to know fellow tenants outside of your
apartment. I am living here comfortably w/ the help of
Management. Take the time to know them, & allow them to
do their jobs most efficiently by giving attention to the
notices posted on your door. THIS IS THE KEY TO PEACEFUL LIVING HERE AT ALLIED GARDENS.
I've seen Management change a good handful of times.

Do not recommend this place at all! Took away my Hud assistance because "supposebly" did not turn my recertification in time which is a big lie. I have no way of paying $661 by Feb 2017 which probably are going to charge me either way and Someone broke my car window I told the office the lady named Kimberly about it 3 times she did not care one bit. Private property yeah right this place is a joke the management before was way better now its all downhill

Gave my 30 day notice and they made me pay for the 22 days left in the month. The next day they hit me with an eviction just so they wouldn't have to pay my deposits back. Bad business

I want to thank you for such a great service you guys provided today April 7th, 2010 with Doretha doing massages at the activity center. I am a single parent and as anyone knows we have a lot of stress and this was a much needed relief. Thank you for Teresa Logan, the property manager, allowing Sharla Porter with Allied Gardens and Natalie with Gorman Towers to be able to arrange such a service. I have lived here in the complex for over one year and the atmosphere and people and clients just keep improving. I plan to refer the center as well as the property and services to others in the future. I want to really thank Teresa for provided Doretha's services at such an affordable cost, FREE, for those of us especially on a fixed income.
