Park Avenue Thrift

This is one of my favorite thrift stores .i allways find some nice clothes for me and my husband work clothes the only thing they need to work on is customer service there's a few young girls that work there they're very polite and very helpful.but there is one or two of them young ladies that work there are very rude. All I can say is if you working customer service you need to be polite I want people are rude to you you need to be polite who wants to shop in the store with the cashier looking like she's all pissed off I'll still shop there because I like the store I try to get one certain girls are working if I see the grumpy lady there I don't even go in the store and leave

I have shopped here many times - mostly for clothes. Sometimes I don't find anything, but most of the time I find great stuff. I have always found the staff to be pleasant. And if you get on their email list, you get regular 50% off coupons for certain tag colors. And a few times a year you get a 50% off everything coupon. This is my favorite thrift store in the region!

The Gainesville store is so biased and the Manager Olivia is the biggest smart aleck as they come. When I went in today they had a bag of jewelry I wanted but was not allowed to hold it in my buggy. They sId they would hold it behind the counter. Lo and behold when I went to check out they had sold it to someone else.olivia was called all she said is nobodies perfect no apology or anything. New people are in order especially a nicer manager.

The shelves were empty . Very long line. And associates were rude. Store supposedly closes at eight well at 7:30 they said store closes in 10 minutes bring purchases to check out and then 5 minutes later they said they were shutting registers down in 5 minutes .
