This was my first visit to Berkeley. I saw Dr. Shrum for eye exam for contacts and glasses. From the moment I first contacted them for an appointment to ordering my eyewear, I was treated like I was their most important patient. They handled all insurance paperwork and it was the easiest eye exam and eyewear order process I have ever been through. The staff should be commended on their efficiency and sweet attitudes. I am a very happy patient and will keep coming back.

I am very pleased with the results of cataract surgery on both my eyes. The whole process was easy from my first appointment to my follow-up appointments, even the surgery itself. There is nothing to fear! This doctor is competent, the whole staff is courteous & kind-spirited, I was not kept waiting for appointments either but taken soon after arrival. I'm glad I went to them and I highly recommend them to everyone.
