        The technician was very friendly and professional. He replaced two parts and believed he had fixed the problem. We needed to wait 24 hours to ensure the repair worked. After 24 hours the problem was still there. We rescheduled a followup and are awaiting arrival for final repair.

        We are very pleased with the Sears Service Dept and the outstanding Service Tech who repaired our 3 year old Kenmore Dishwasher! The appointment was scheduled a week from the time of the initial call. The Service Tech was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He knew of the problematic plastic wheel breakage on Kenmore Dishwashers of which many people have had. He quickly replaced the broken plastic wheels on the top dish rack with metal ones. Luckily, we had purchased the extended warranty, at the time of purchase. Otherwise, apparently, we would have incurred a $199 charge for this known problem. Great service! Great job!!

        Service tech was cordial, smart, and efficient. Best tech we have had from Sears. Hopefully, this ice maker will last longer than the one installed a year ago.
