Fun Times Daycare

Bright colors and good teachers, glad I sent my kid here.my kids always come home with art work and fun stories of their time at school.

My daughter is special needs so I’m very selective on where I leave her and in whose care. It has been difficult finding a daycare that had teachers that were knowledgeable with autistic children. I was very happy to to find funtimes daycare because I can now go to work and not have to worry about my daughter and how she is being treated. I’ve been very happy so far!

This preschool has a nice and friendly environment with very welcoming teachers. the diversity between staff and children is also reassuring. Overall good experience and the meals are balanced. Both my children go to this daycare and always have stories of what happened at school.

I should've done this earlier. I shouldvr reported this place. the teacher for 4 year olds with glasses and dirty blonde hair is abusive and has psychological issues. I've seen her shame children for urinating in their pants as well as hold them down in a chair while crying-because they wanted their mom. I used naccra and took my son out because of this and they would not refund the daycare I paid for already. my son gave me sign-in which I should've been more attentive too...crying, telling me what the teachers said to him...i would never bring my child here again..he is now at a school where he loves going and never cries about going..

I wish there was a way to give no stars for this daycare.  Where do I even start off with how horrible this daycare is.  First off the daycare owner lied to us as to why their daycare was closed down.  She said it was for remodeling when in fact it was because the state closed them down.  She is not even allowed to be in the daycare during operating hours.  I found this out after doing background checks on the place.  We had so many issues with this place.  My son would come home sometimes with another kids pull-up on or no pull-up at all.  They tell me to send extra clothes but then they lose them and your kid comes home in dirty clothes.  They promised us he would be in a Jr preschool room.  He ended up being in The toddler room (unacceptable) half the day and the preschool room the rest of the time.  They switched staff so much that none of them could tell me how he did during the day.  None of them knew how he did with toilet training.  One day he came home with bm on his shoes and pants.  The teachers laughed at him in front of the other kids saying he played with it in the bathroom.  He should of never been left in the bathroom by himself in the first place.  He would come home with scrapes and bruises that were never reported by any of the staff.  One day when I came to pick him up I noticed a red mark on his forehead so I asked the teacher where it came from.  She tells me that him and another kid bumped heads.  But yet she didn't report it or fill out an incident report.  I showed up one day to pick him up and dinner time when I noticed a staff member giving a child milk and another child tells her that he can't have milk because he is allergic to it.  She says "oh yeah I forgot".  I spoke with their director about all these issues with promises from her that things would be taken care of.  This never happened.  We finally pulled me son after we picked him up one day to discover he had been in the same pull-up all day.  My son has 2 types of pull ups, night time ones that glow in the dark and daytime ones.  The nighttime ones are green and the daytime ones are orange.  He stays dry all night and I make him go to the toilet 1st thing in the morning so he goes to daycare in his DRY nighttime pull-up.  That day he came home on that same pull-up.  We weighed it and it weighed 2 lbs with urine.  When the daycare was questioned the teacher said she changed him 3 times that day.  There is no way.  I said his name was not even on the pull up like all his daycare pull-ups do.  The director said she found some that didn't have his name on them but when we picked his belongings up all his pull-ups had his name on them.  After such a horrific experience of my son being neglected I found out that you can check these daycare out.  It's called child check.  Also for anyone else wanting to put their child in this daycare I strongly advice that you ask for a public disclosure from the wa state department of early learning on as to why the owner is not allowed in the facility.  The results will shock you.  It made me sick at my stomach and so glad that I got my son out of there.  Now he is on a home daycare where I know  he is safe.

Fun Times Daycare and Pre-school is a very clean, bright, and safe place. The center is diverse and a great learning enviroment the children have lots of fun. The staff are very knowledgeable and the food is wonderful.
