The owner of the company is Tina C.Rasberry who has 30 years of nursing experience.The decision to start this company was based on personal experience.Her stepmother's parents were both receiving home care,and the personal care that they received was disappointing because the turnover rate with staff was high with every agency.Her stepmother went through many agencies which was very frustrating.The problems were always the same with each agency, Mrs. Rasberry was determined to start a home health agency that hired quality caregivers to provide care. Mrs Rasberry has spent the later years of her professional career working in the area of Home Health Care.
