Great experience! I am always welcomed and asked if I am in need of any assistance. This location always has what I need in stock at low prices. My sister brings her Pomeranian here is get groomed by Melissa, she does an awesome job!

Brought my dog into the Monroe Petsmart for a pedicure plus, this includes nail trimming and grinding, ear cleaning and teeth brushing. Shortly after picking him up I noticed the base of his tail looked a bit off, on closer inspection I saw that a small section near the base of his tail was completely shaven clean to the skin, the area was also red and irritated. I went back into the grooming salon area, and was told that "the groomer had left for the day". Upon reading other reviews on line this apparently this is the standard excuse. At first she offered me a refund but soon recanted and said she would speak to the manager. She came back shortly and told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to see the manager, when she came she refused to do anything to rectify the situation, but kept repeating over and over " this could literally not have happened " with a pedicure plus. But I know it did, the missing fur from his tail is extremely obvious and looks awful. Now I understand that things happen and people make mistakes but to blatantly lie about it is inexcusable. I will not be taking my dog back to this or any other Petsmart for any type of grooming services

Sometimes its good here when there is sales. Iv heard bad things about the groomers. And iv personally walked out of this store because of a rude male manager.

Pet Smart is always available for grooming, even at last minutes notice. The girls there are very nice and are great with my dogs. Their prices are reasonable too. I use them at least 6 times a year.
