My daughter bought a car at the Royal Oak store and all we can say is THANK YOU! She had a great first car buying experience and loves her new Malibu!

Purchased 2012 impala, after possession found it was a car stripped of the Onstar module, evidence of a recovered theft vehicle (punch holes under door handle, scratched door jamb, missing components/ broken inside items) and mechanical issues requiring a new catalytic converter and new mufflers as they were crushed. Sales rep and Big Bob were unwilling to appreciate that I bought an LTZ model that turned out to be equipped as a base model.

If you buy from them get a carfax report and go through EVERY inch of the vehicle. The staff are friendly when car shopping but not very forthcoming with knowing about the vehicles or customer service.

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from Victory Motors. They always take care of me and my family. Kip, Pat, and Matt are very friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks again Victory! See you next time!!

My husband I and bought a car here a while ago. Two days after we bought it, it started stalling. We took it to two different shops, where they told us the problem was from water getting under the hood when it was power washed (by Victory Motors). The problem was their fault, and the warranty that they sold us (we were told it covered everything and anything) wouldn't cover it.

When we came back in to talk to them about the problem, instead of being met with apologies and an offer to pay for the repair, we were met with a rude manager and attitude. Our original salesman ran and hid when he saw us come in the door and didn't say a word to us. We ended up paying for the repair ourselves. I thought about writing a review at the time, but I'm not a mean person and just wanted to forget about it. But this past winter, our car was acting up AGAIN, and it ended up needing a new engine and a new transmission. This car is barely five years old.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and buy a new car with a real warranty from a real dealership. You will save money in the long run, trust me. If you do have to buy a used car, do not go to Victory Motors! As soon as you sign the papers and they get their money, they are done caring about you.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Victory Motors in Royal Oak. They were very helpful and my salesman was polite and treated me with respect. I was pleased with my experience and will most definitely be recommending their services to my friends and family!

We just purchased our second car from Victory Motors. We once again were very pleased with the way they treated us! I would highly recommend trying them out if you need a nice used car at a fair price. Kip and Pat both treated us well and worked with us to get everything exactly as we wanted. They even have a little dog that comes to work every day that is very friendly. Thanks again Victory and we'll see you next time!!

I will never go back or send any one there had to repair the car twice in one month and they did not help at all they said we could have got a warranty but they told my sister they dont do warrantys when i came back it was a whole different story they are good story tellers the only thing they want to do is get you in a car and screw you later

Went to see if i qualified for financing, choice between '07 Tahoe and '08 Escalade. Wanted to know how much was I willing to pay per month, this is a no no in car shopping but I told them $500. They wanted to put me in the Tahoe for 60 mos. The Tahoe had 69k miles and the Escalade had 51K miles. I could not get an over all price for financing because they said that these vehicles are bidded on by banks, so they cant get a final price until I agree to purchase, I left.
