        Dispatcher overcharged, driver...

        Dispatcher overcharged, driver was rude, didn't know where he was going, pulled over numerous times and insisted we ask homeless people for directions, then got angry at us for not doing so. When we finally reached our destination the driver told me a higher price than I'd originally been told. When I called the dispatcher to back me up he argued with me and called me a liar, then hung up. After arguing with the driver some more I threw cash ($5 MORE than the original price but less than he was asking for) down on his hood and went inside. Not what I needed at 11pm after an intensely hard day.



        Worst. Ever.
