Wood Creek Bar & Grill

We travel in the NW corner a lot and always look forward to Wood Creek.

Their food is fantastic.

The camaraderie of fellow patrons is always welcomed.

The service is on target.

And the owners are very friendly and aim to please.



What more could one ask for. Do yourself a favor and stop in and see what we've seen.

Went for a "drive in the country" from the Hartford area last Sunday and found ourselves in Norfolk. It was a beautiful drive in the snow. The Woodcreek Bar & Grill right on the corner was most inviting so that's the place we chose for lunch. The dining room was interesting and the food was great. I enjoyed the homemade potato leek soup. Very nice menu. Will definitely make it a point to stop back.

Figured I would give this place a try before attending a concert next door at the Infinity Hall where I normally would eat first. One of the worst dining experiences in recent times. Noisy bar room. loud jukebox and inappropriate language that went unchecked could be heard in the dining room. Staff did nothing about it when asked. The food was average for what you would expect from a local bar. The attmosphere was, "eat, pay, get out". Never again.

The Wood Creek Bar and Grill offers top notch quisine, with family style attitude. A perfect combination to a quite town in Northwest CT. Years of experience lead the new owners of this formerly known as "pub", to a fabulous upgrade. Hands down, great place for a cocktail and snack, or an intimate dinner.

A welcoming upgrade to a much needed local pub. Awesome food! Burgers , steaks, clams and salads and great drink specials! You've got to make this one of your stops this Fall on your leaf peeping journeys!
