        Overall

        Worst customer service ever. Ordered a new charger for my laptop and was told that it would take 3-4 days to come in. I had to check in twice after 2 and three weeks and got a customer service guy who was extremely rude and argumentative. Then I got the number for the manager who promised to make it right and give me a nice discount. When the charger finally came in the manager did nothing! And to make matters worse the charger is junk. I will never shop there again!
