Total Merchant Service

I am a small business owner and was trying to cut cost so I decided on using this company. Per the contract it was a fixed flat rate per transaction but the first month, after using their services, I was over billed and it took close to a month to be refunded what was over charged and even then it wasn't the correct amount. I was told this wouldn't happen again and the very next month (mind you this was the second month into my service with them) the same thing happened and I was once again overcharged. This time I spoke with the owner, Chris (SO RUDE) and pretty much was told I would not be refunded and to pretty much just call it a learning experience and move on. I have now canceled my services. I have never worked with such a shady company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. PERIOD.

This is the worst company you can do business with! I have tried repeated attempts to cancel my service with them , but they continue to bill us their monthly service fee. Their rates are too high & the customer service is non-existent. Never have I seen such a lousy organisation. They could not even verify what they had debited my account. I was forced to send them a copy of my bank account statements for debits that they withdrew!. Do not do business with these charlatans. Total Merchants is a Total Ripoff.
