I ordered flowers for my mother's funeral and they were absolutely beautiful. They were fresh, perfectly opened and artistically arranged. I will definitely use Lemon's again and I will encourage my friends to do the same. The staff was friendly and helpful during a difficult time.

I ordered a basket for my dad's 83rd birthday. The basket was to have an azalea in it and there was to be fruit around the azelea. The web page showed this and since my dad is in a nursing home, I felt this basket with a live plant and fruit would be perfect for him.

Unfortunately, when the basket was delivered it wasn't anything like the basket on the website. It was a minature rose bush plant and a separate container of fruit. My dad was pleased with what I had sent, but I was disappointed that it wasn't what I had ordered and paid for.

The reason that I ordered this from the website, was because I live in Tennessee and my dad is in Indiana.

I sent ane-mail to this business letting them know how I felt about what I had ordered. I thought I would get a reply from them, but I haven't heard a word.

I hope that if anyone else orders from out of state, that they check and make sure that the receiver gets what you ordered.

Very disappointed!
