First time visit and they took a full mouth x-ray. They will not check with you indurance company to see when if the procedure will be covered BEFORE they do any procedure and then you are stuck with the bill. Then they want to charge me to get a copy of that x-ray! My new Dentist checks with insurance BEFORE they preform any service and let me know ahead of time what my bill will be. I felt like they just wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible so they can get to the next person. The new Dentist will explain everything and I do not feel rushed.
