I went there a last week. Bought a motor as well. It is posted every where and they tell you up front all sales final. They cater to the NC Licensed Contractor. Anything electrical is non refundable. How can anyone fuss about it when they tell you up front and they have signs posted everywhere.

This place is a rip-off. My husband bought a 1/3 horsepower Emerson motor and it didn't work. As a journeyman electrician, he ran several tests to verify that it was wired up correctly, and the motor did not work. When he took it back they refused to exchange it. Their excuse? He's a homeowner.
