Strive is the best thing I have ever done for myself. They work you hard but encourage you every step of the way. The trainers are all great, especially Jeremy!

I have never tried a personal trainer before, until I came to strive. I have had a great time from my very 1st consultation, which was free til now, which is almost 3 years later! They definitely understand customer service, and how to treat a paying client. I have always been in decent shape, just needed to tone up and change it up. They have helped me with that, and much more. I feel like I look better than when i was in my teens. They have to be the best trainers in san diego, especially after hearing some of the horror stories from my friends from their "big" gyms. This place is clean, and the trainers are really brilliant with the workouts. I definitely refer all my co-workers and friends in sd. If you want to get in shape and have fun while doing it, this is the place to go!
