0 stars they say all work is warranteed but it's not - the appliance makes a worse noise than before - they stated that if called back another service charge will be charged - Don't waste time or money this company sucks! Considering legal action.

Dont waste your time!! Service sucks all the way around

Ok I can get over being late, I don't even care about the price tag for the service( my refrigerator was down). I was willing to pay any price short of the price tag of a new unit! The "Tech" treated my wife and 2 year old son with indifference and the rationality of a fanatic from the 40's. Quote, " We can not accept checks from your neighborhood, is there not a bank so YOU can get cash for my services. WOW!!! Maybe the well furnished home and manicured lawn was an indicator that we were broke! I am ashamed that he would even give such an idiotic statement! By the way he quoted one price with a problem and the price did not change with a lessor problem. I hope the fridge works so I'll be done with this company! WOW!! GOOD TIMES!!! HE DID LEAVE THE WORK CLEAN AFTER THIS FUN MARK FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH!!
