I have gone to Sandtown for my cars for the past several years, all told probably 7 or 8 times.



Someone else mentioned honesty, I'm very happy to have a mechanic that I TRUST to find what's wrong, to fix it properly the first time, to charge me a reasonable fee, and to do all of this promptly.



I cannot recommend Sandtown highly enough!

They were quick friendly and affordable. They even arranged transportation so I could get to and from work. I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly reccomend them.

I took my car in after calling to make sure they could do the job and get to it, they told me to bring it in immediately. Well, after my car sat at the garage for one month, they finally took a look. I asked why it took so long aand was told it was because they didn't see why taking a whole day to do one car when they could do multiples. I also informed them that they had already been paid for the job to my car! I finally got my car back 5 weeks after dropping it off and to my surprise, it kept stalling out on me, was not getting any gas, etc. For 4 months they had my car and kept charging me money but wasn't fixing the problem that they caused. Finally, they had me take it to another place and when told what was wrong with it, Sandtown refused to pay for the repairs. Also, the parts needed to fix the car in the beginning were supplied. I will never go back to them and after the trouble I have had, many people I know will never go there and I will never recommend them to anyone. I raely talked to the mechanic, because I always "just missed him" and the guy at font desk did nothing but giving me enough excuses to fill a book.

Fast, reasonable, honest, and courteous service. The best in town. I moved an hour away, but am still considering bringing my car here! Yes, they are that awesome!
