So professional, courteous and prompt- comes in his neat truck with everything he could possibly need, and is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about every kind of lock and key there is. Bill was quick to respond, available for service at the last minute and extremely reasonable for very high-quality work. I had contacted him a month or so prior for a separate job at a different location. Although we did not move forward with that job, he was courteous and very kind. Based on that experience, he was the first person I called when I recently had a much bigger job. I believe he has expertise with many, if not all, of the most popular lock brands.
