The Grateful Dog Grooming Salon

I absolutely love the Grateful Dog Grooming Salon!! The atmosphere is warm, cozy and clean, the location is convenient, and Robin does an AMAZING job with grooming!! It is clear that Robin is passionate about grooming and loves all her fur babies!! My dog, Missy, comes home looking beautiful, complete with a bow and a bandanna!! Calls are returned promptly and my schedule is always accommodated. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!!!

I was at the salon 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The owner was walking around the shop cleaning up from another appointment. She did not greet me nor acknowledge my presence. I waited for 30 minutes past my scheduled time, then decided to leave. After I had already put my dog in the car, she walks out. I tried Grateful Dog because it is close to where I live. Within an hour I was home from the salon I usually use. I will never return to Grateful Dog.
