Worse Living Experience I have ever had!!! Nothing against the newest manager who seems more sincere and nice, but paragon group will screw you over! avoid this property or Franklin River as I lived at both. First, they gave up a move in date and then a week before, told us they gave the tenants another month, completely screwing us over and we had to rent a storage unit. Then, we couldn't do a walk through for the new place because they were "redoing the carpet." They did redo the carpet only the entire place was in shambles and destroyed. The screens were off the doors, three shelves were broken, the sink and shower were broken, cigarette butts everywhere and the stove was broken. Not to mention it was disgustingly dirty. But that was just a start. They told us it was set up for comcast, but nope, it wasn't. They had to come out three time to fish out outdated wires because the building was out of code. But the worst was yet to come. I don't have a problem with weed most the time, in fact my housemate upstairs now smokes. So if I smell it once in a while it's okay. The problem was that the man kiddie corner to us smoked daily non-stop and it was unbearable. Worse yet, it is a complete lease violation in the contract and they wouldn't do anything. We called security about 15 times and they were high and always useless usually with a 45 minute response time and we called the police as well. We tried to ask to be let out of our lease and asked for an air purifier and they wouldn't even do that. We sent a legal letter and they weren't willing to do crap. Worse year of my life and I would never live in one of their properties again.

I have lived at Park Lane for many years!! Staff is amazing & they truly care about there residents.
