Ressco

This company is terrible. I'm a current resident and when I moved in 2 months ago they Daud the building was remodeled and everything is new. They also wouldn't show me the apartment when I put my deposit down. The elevator is broken, water damage everywhere, I smell mold in my apartment. There the kicker though, I just got a letter from DTE today staying the building hasn't paid the gas bill and EVERYONE'S gas will be shut off. This is because management company advertises free heat and gas. It's October and I couldn't even turn on my heat because it's a boiler system. My building is the atrium apartments in Southfield. Beware I'm trying to get out of my lease now.
