Our water heater started to fail and we scheduled Roto-Rooter to come to inspect it. The technician, Shawn Jackson, assessed the condition and provided estimates for repair and replacement. After discussing options, we decided to proceed with replacement. Shawn did an excellent job from start to finish. I hired Roto-Rooter to fix a very leaky shower. I made the appointment online and was able to schedule service for the next day. The technician (Jaime) arrived and immediately identified the issue as an old builder-grade cartridge that wasn't stopping water from flowing when the shower faucet was turned off. He expertly installed new, better grade equipment, and then made sure the issue was resolved before leaving. Jaime was a first-class technician, expertly trained and very professional.
