We had John and Aiden do an excellent job very very efficient and they knew exactly what needed to be done would definitely have you again whenever we need our carpets and vents cleaned again.

Hecter and Jesse were the technicians that came to my house and they were polite, prompt and very professional. They explained everything they were going to do and how much it would cost before they even started. They were careful on my wood floors with the equipment they used and wore booties. I would use Rasmussen again and recommend to others.

I was told my carpets would lighten up as it dried. They didn't really. I was told some spots they couldn't lighten at all really. The big ones. I didn't know all the spots wouldn't lighten. The service took maybe 30 minutes for 3 rooms and a hallway. In the middle of cleaning my carpets the technician asks to use the bathroom. You'd think just to go #1 right? NO. DIARRHEA. My bathroom smelled horrible and there were streaks at there bottom of the toilet and spray on the back of my toilet. How do I know that? BC THE TECH LEFT IT LIKE THAT!
