I am so happy with the great service and the BEAUTIFUL job Hecter and Danielle did. They cleaned all my duct work and they did my carpets. I had many pet stains from my puppy and my rugs look like new! The prices are very reasonable. I will never call anyone else. Thank you so much Hecter and Danielle!

David and Ryan arrived 10 minutes early with bright smiles and a positive attitude. I could tell right away that this would be a pleasant service call. I invited them in and they were polite and removed their shoes. Both quickly assessed the situation with a "keen eye" and "attention to detail". They clearly explained what they intended to do, why their approach was necessary, how long it would take, and what it would cost. This was outstanding as Candace (the receptionist that I originally set up the appointment with) had made it known that until their technicians were on-site and observed first-hand what the duct work layout actually was - they simply could not provide an accurate estimate to what the job would truly entail. I appreciated the service that Rasmussen Cleaning provided and will use them hereafter for my duct cleaning (as well as recommend them to my kids, relatives, and friends). In fact, I will likely ask for David and Ryan by name. I believe that they might not be available next time as they will likely both be "Moving on up the Ranks"!

Hector and David cleaned our stone floors and carpet today. The floors look great and I was very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. I highly recommend them!!!!

Hector and Mundu (sp?) did a fabulous job this morning cleaning my kitchen tile. An amazing difference! This property had been a rental and who knows what was on that floor, but it's gone now! The guys were prompt, courteous, helpful and did a great job! Kudos to these two!

I have used Rasmussen cleaning service for years! I have a home daycare and its important to keep clean. Hector and David W. were here this afternoon did a great job! They called before coming since their schedule allowed for them to come earlier than scheduled. I explained I have little ones napping and they were fine with waiting until after 2:30 allowing the children to nap. My clients ask who does my carpets and I refer this company! Thanks guys!!

We felt they have deceptive sales practices. We were quoted a price of $89 at a trade show. But when the workers arrived they tried to up-sale us. With the extra things we had done we expected $200 but ended up paying over $400. Also, if we did everything they suggested, it would have cost $1000.

Also, they didn't cover all the vents (and remove the covering they did place). Something they did caused all the dust to collect on the furnace filter, causing the AC not to work, on one of the hottest days of the year. Fortunately, we were able to figure it out and change the filter. We were lucky we figured it out when we did because it was close to closing time at the store.

Hector & Kareem serviced our home today. We had 3 rooms carpet cleaned and our ducts/vents/furnace/dryer vents sanitized and cleaned. They were on time, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I will definitely call them again for future services. Great job!

Best service experience I have had in years! Hector and Roger we timely, professional, courteous and went above and beyond cleaning my vents. I gave them a difficult task with the position and length of my dryer vents. They took the time to be sure they were cleaned completely and then cleaned up afterwards. Recommend them 100%!!
