Very impressed with the service of our air duct cleaning from Abe and Matt today. They showed up early and were very professional and knowledgeable with some of the questions I had regarding the care of our furnace and ventilation system. They cleaned up well after the job was done and I definitely plan to use Rasmussen Cleaning Service again for future services!

Tom and Nick did a great job with our carpeting and duct work. They were professional, efficient and friendly. They went out of their way to explain the process and answer any questions. Great results.

I originally contacted Rasmussen because their Ad stated no hidden fees, I wanted a straight forward company that would charge a fair price. Matt arrived early, which was great, he quoted me the same price as was discussed when I made my appointment, pre treating was included! He did five rooms, it looks great, smells clean and fresh! I definitely would reccommend Rasmussen for cleaning carpets?

Matt cleaned the stairs and hallway carpet this morning in a prompt and professional manner. Even though our contractor used drop cloths the hallway carpet/stairs had a fine dust imbedded after a bathroom demo. He was respectful and kind. We recently had our carpets cleaned and the Technicians, Tom and Dave, were very professional and friendly. They explained the best way to price the carpet cleaning for our home and offered additional services in an informative, but not pushy, way. The carpets looked and smelled great when they were finished and they took great care not to damage any of the trim. I'm very happy and would highly recommend!

After potty training our puppy, our carpets were virtually trashed.
Rassmussen cleaned our carpets today and did a very professional, thorough job of removing all the pet and other stains from our light colored burbur carpet. It almost looks brand new. Kevin & David were friendly and professional. We've always used Rassmussen for our carpet cleaning & also just had our vents cleaned by them last week.

I had a fantastic experience with Tom & Brandon. It started with a phone call about 25 minutes prior to when they were to arrive just to let me know when they would be arriving. This was nice, as I work from home and it gave me time to wrap up any important items before they stared working.

When they arrived despite my objection that they did not need to wipe off their shoes (as I was planning on cleaning the floors later that day) they insisted and were very courteous.

Both Tom and Brandon were very kind towards giant breed puppy who looks like a full grown dog, being a giant breed dog and is scared of new people. Despite this both men said don't worry about it and even introduced themselves to my pup by sitting on the floor for a minute and extending their hands so he could smell them. I offered to put the dog away but they kindly said he did not have to and that it was his home.

From here we went through the house and pointed out where all the vents were and addressed the main trunk lines. After counting everything they checked took a look into things and wrote up our estimate. Tom was very knowledgeable and proceeded to break down the cost and then wrote up estimates for optional items that we could have done if wanted as well. I in turn only opted to add one additional item to my service, they did not pressure me to buy anything more than I wanted which was nice.

The men were very thorough in their job and did take pictures of the vents before they cleaned them (I was there to watch as they took a picture and then showed me at the same time) and then again at the end after they were cleaned (again they had me go with them and take a picture with me standing right there and showed me what they now looked like).

I was extremely satisfied with both Tom and Brandon's job, they insisted that we could call with any questions. They were genuine and personable and I would highly recommend this company and this duo.

Knowledgeable, courteous, professional. Ryan W and Ryan B were prompt and patient in answering questions and providing information about the process. Seeing photos of the before and after condition of the furnace vents was really helpful.
