Made arrangements for carpet and duct cleaning on the phone with Rick. He was very professional and courteous. He also took the time to explain a bit about Rasmussen Cleaning Service and what to expect when the cleaning team arrived. A couple weeks later, Andre and Ryan showed up on time for our cleanings. They explained everything they were going to do before the services started and their work exceeded our expectations! These guys are absolutely the best in the business! They even assisted with moving furniture during the carpet cleaning! We are very pleased with the outcome of the work and now have a clean home! We would recommend Rasmussen Cleaning Service to anyone who wants great customer service and a clean home!

We had Andre and Mark for our duct cleaning. They were very professional and friendly. They explained everything to us before they started. We are very pleased with the outcome. Andre and Mark were great to work with and did a very nice job. They checked everything over before they left to make sure everything was done top notch.

I had Ryan and Abe out to our house to clean the Air Ducts. The ducts had never been cleaned and they were filthy. They did a great job with the cleaning, they explained everything thoroughly before hand, made recommendations but were not pushy about making a sale, and were willing to help save me money on certain things. They supplied before and after photos, and showed me a portion of the dust, dirt, and dog hair that had built up in the ducts over time. I am glad we made the decision to have our ducts cleaned, and I am very happy with the service that Ryan and Abe at Rassmussen provided. Thanks

I originally spoke with Rick after seeing a coupon in a local flyer. Beau and Adam arrived 1 1/2 hours earlier than appointment but that worked well with my schedule. They went over all the details of the plan to clean the duct work, answered all of my questions, and made several recommendations. I was shown pictures of before and after of the duct work was completed. They cleaned carpets in 2 rooms and in the main hallway. Good job!! Both guys were very professional. I will call again.!!

Granted the cost was more than I budgeted for, I will only have the duct work completed every 3 to 6 years rather than every 2 years. It was worth it! We will be a repeat customer. Great Job Nate! Rasmussen Carpet cleaning is THE BEST carpet cleaners you can find in the twin cities. Always on time, very professional and kind, and has state of the art equipment. I have been very hesitant with other carpet people because most of them are dishonest and rack up all kinds of costs without telling you, but Rasmussen was the exact opposite! They are very straightforward! I recommend to anyone of any age in a heartbeat. Don't waste your time with anyone else! They always answer the phone and are very efficient with scheduling as well!
